PIGS Entry Fees: RUAS Member £27.00, Non Member £32.00 Pigs competing in classes 217-226 (inclusive) must be birth notified to the BPA. Note: specials 177, 178, 179, 181, 184 are governed by BPA Conditions. See Regulations 76 regarding vaccinations and pedigree details. Classes of pigs with less than three exhibits may be amalgamated with the nearest of similar relevant class. The pig section will run under BPA rules. Pedigree details for publication in the catalogue being advised on 5 April 2019 at 5.00pm. Pigs can return home to the farm after the Show is over. If pigs are required to go for slaughter exhibitors should make their own arrangements for these pigs. British Pig Association medals and cash prizes are offered only to British Pig Association members. Balmoral Show is a qualifier for the BPA PIG OF THE YEAR COMPETITION. The final will be held at the Great Yorkshire Show in July 2019.
